Access all the media resources from Pasco County’s school libraries! Find and request books from each school’s collection, including ebooks. This is a great site for research links from Gale, World Book, Grolier and SIRS, too.

 

Ask A Librarian is Florida’s Virtual Reference Source. You can get real help, from real people, real fast! You can either use live chat or text to work with a librarian from a public library or a college library. Live virtual reference services are available from 10 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday (EST), and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday (EST). Participating libraries may also utilize the software to provide local live virtual reference services to their patrons. An e-mail form is available to patrons 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

 

The Khan Academy offers over 2400 free videos from arithmetic to physics, and finance. All of the site’s resources are available to anyone. It doesn’t matter if you are a student, teacher, home-schooler, principal, adult returning to the classroom after 20 years, or a friendly alien just trying to get a leg up in earthly biology. The Khan Academy’s materials and resources are available to you completely free of charge.

 

The DMV has provided a practice and prep website for students free of charge. If you are planning on taking your test for your permit or license, this website will be a very valuable tool for you to practice with!
