ABC (Assist, Believe and Care) Application 2026/2027 School Year

ABC (Assist, Believe and Care) Application 2026/2027 School Year

Deadline November 1st 2026
What is the ABC Program?

The ABC Program is a Pasco County School Board initiative designed to provide limited assistance to students and families experiencing financial need. Assistance is based on available donations and resources.

Who is eligible?

To be considered for assistance, a parent/guardian must:

Complete this application form

Apply for and qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch

Submit the form to the school’s ABC Coordinator

If you have students enrolled at more than one school, a separate application must be completed at each school.
Applications are accepted only for students attending WCHS.
A new application is required each school year.

What types of assistance may be available?

Based on available funding and donations, students may receive assistance in one or more of the following areas:

School supplies

Thanksgiving and/or Christmas food baskets

Holiday gift assistance (typically one small gift per student, based on available donations)

Please note:
Assistance is not guaranteed, and holiday gifts may be limited in size, quantity, or availability. While we strive to support as many students as possible, we may not be able to fulfill full wish lists.

Families with additional needs are encouraged to speak with the school’s ABC Coordinator. If the school is unable to meet a specific need, referrals to appropriate community resources may be provided.

How is the ABC Program funded?

The ABC Program is supported entirely through voluntary donations from:

School employees

Students and families

Local businesses

Community organizations

Because funding is donation-based, assistance varies from year to year.

Please complete one application for each WCHS student.
