Schedule Change Request 2021-2022
This form is now inactive. Students will receive their schedules on Monday. Students who need schedule changes for one of the four reasons listed below, will be dismissed by grade level to speak with an administrator or counselor on Monday.
Reasons for schedule change:
1) The student has a course on their schedule for which they have already earned credit.
2) The Student has a “hole” in their schedule. (i.e. there is no class for 3rd period.
3) The student is a senior who needs a class for graduation
4) The student would like a placeholder for an online class that is in Active or CA status with percentage complete and was started on or after July 1st.
We are not changing schedules for students who want a different elective, lunch, or teacher.
