All athletes must complete their athletic clearance before participating in practice. No exceptions will be made.

Location: Watergrass Clubhouse (off Windelstraw, across from the elementary school)

Time: 3:15 PM – 4:45 PM
Please arrive by 3:05 PM to stretch and prepare.
Important:
There are no official summer workouts, but joining a club team or taking private swim lessons is highly encouraged.
Coach Farnsworth can provide recommendations and information.
