Dear Wildcat families, this is Mr. McDermott we hope your year is off to a great start. I am writing you with some reminders. Parents, if you are driving your student to school, first period begins at 7:10AM. Please do not drop off in front of the main office, building 3 or the student parking lot. Please pull as far forward as possible before stopping. There are blue signs marking the designated unloading zone. By stopping in front of the office, the line gets extremely backed up.
Parents also, please be mindful that the entrance near Weightman Middle School is not a student drop off or pick up entrance. This entrance is for staff parking and buses only. Private vehicles cannot be allowed to move through the bus loop for safety reasons. All vehicles identified will be asked to stop and restricted from entering.
All schedule change requests have been considered and we will no longer be accepting requests after Wednesday, August 14. We will change schedules based on eSchool or PHSC placeholders, please see Mr. Hayes or Ms. Waselewski for assistance.
Finally, student parking is limited to those students who have a valid parking tag. We will begin booting cars next week. If you need to purchase your parking tag, please see Coach Patterson. Applications are available in the main office. Students with off-campus placeholder, need to arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to their class as the gates will be locked. Students leaving for off-campus placeholders or B lunch passes must leave within the first 10 minutes as the gates will be locked.
Finally, we have been reminding students of the dress code policy and electronics use policy, we will begin confiscating electronics and enforcing the dress code beginning tomorrow.
