Pre-season conditioning: Tuesdays and Thursday from 2 to 3 pm As a reminder you must have an approved athletic clearance to be able to participate in any pre-season conditioning or tryouts.
Arm care and conditioning: 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, and 1/9 – 2:00 to 4:30 pm Tryouts: 1/13 2:00 pm
