Schedule change requests will be accepted beginning August 1, 2025 as part of Freshman Orientation.

Dual Enrollment Students (PHSC)

  • If you’re registering for Dual Enrollment courses through PHSC, you must print a copy of your PHSC schedule and share it with your counselor.

  • Once you’re registered with PHSC, we’ll update your high school schedule accordingly.

Online Courses with Placeholders

  • If you have a placeholder for an online course, it’s only valid if the course starts on or after July 1, 2025.

  • Courses that began before July 1 are not eligible for replacement with a placeholder.

Important Requirements Before Schedule Adjustments

  • Before any changes are made, you must be marked as either Active (A) or Classroom Assigned (CA).

  • You must have also completed a minimum percentage of coursework to qualify.

Please continue attending classes as listed in your current schedule until your new schedule appears in myStudent.
Failure to do so will result in unexcused absences.
