2026-2027 Senior Timeline

*** Seniors must be eligible and on track (academics, attendance, and behavior) to attend homecoming, prom, and/or to participate in any senior activities (Grad Bash, Field Day, etc.). In addition, any senior involved with a “senior prank” will receive consequences from the school and from law enforcement. In addition, the student may also lose the privilege of attending graduation activities and the graduation ceremony.

Mandatory Grad fee is $120 and … The price will increase to $130 after 12/18/26

Senior Ad Summer Sale	June 1 – July 31, 2026	Visit www.yearbookforever.com to purchase a FULL-PAGE senior ad for the price of a HALF-PAGE ad.
Yearbook Sales Begin (Through School)	August 1, 2026	Purchase through Student Quick Pay. Cost: $90.
Paint Your Parking Spot	August 1–2, 2026	Cost: $60. Time: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM both days.
First Day of School	August 13, 2026	First day of the 2026–2027 school year!
Senior Sunrise	August 14, 2026	6:00 AM – 7:00 AM. Celebrate the beginning of senior year!
College Application Night	September 1, 2026	Learn how to submit a successful college application. 6:00–7:00 PM at WPAC.
Homecoming Week	September 21–25, 2026	Contact Miss Coppinger (Room 308) or your SGA officers to learn how to get involved with decorations before Homecoming Week!
Homecoming Pep Rally	September 25, 2026	Get ready to show your school spirit!
Homecoming Game	September 25, 2026	WCHS vs. Cypress Creek.
Homecoming Dance	September 26, 2026	Tickets: $35.
Senior Panoramic Picture	October 8, 2026	Senior class panoramic photo.
Financial Aid/Scholarship Night	October 15, 2026	Learn how to complete the FAFSA and apply for scholarships! 6:00–7:00 PM at WPAC.
Senior Portrait Deadline	November 18, 2026	Schedule your appointment at www.giganteproductions.com. If you have not scheduled your picture, call 813-907-1078. Your portrait MUST be taken through Gigante Productions to appear in the yearbook.
Cap and Gown Presentation / Herff Jones	TBD	Stay tuned for communications and updates.
Grad Bash Ticket Sales	November 1, 2026 – January 29, 2027	Cost: $240. Charter buses are included because the field trip falls on a tentative hurricane makeup day. Tickets may be purchased through Rycor or in the back office.
Senior Quotes / Superlatives Due	November (Date TBD)	A link will be sent by Mrs. Ingram through student email.
Last Day of Semester 1	December 18, 2026	End of the first semester.
Grad Fee Increases	December 18, 2026	Graduation fee increases to $140.
Senior Ads Due	December 31, 2026	Visit www.yearbookforever.com to purchase. Questions? See Mrs. Ingram in Room 327 or email pingram@pasco.k12.fl.us.
Last Day to Preorder Yearbook	January 22, 2027	Purchase through Student Quick Pay or Yearbook Forever. After this date, students may join a waiting list. The only way to guarantee a yearbook is to purchase by January 22. Questions? See Mrs. Ingram in Room 327.
Winter Pep Rally	December 2026 – January 2027	Celebrating Winter Sports!
Deadline to Order Cap and Gown	TBD	Graduation fee is listed as WCHS Graduation Fee in Student Quick Pay (Rycor). Sign in to Student Quick Pay to pay your graduation fee.
Spring Pep Rally	Spring 2027	Celebrating Spring Sports!
Grad Bash Event	April 16, 2027	Arrive at the gym at 12:00 PM. Buses depart by 1:30 PM. Return to WCHS at approximately 4:00 AM on April 17.
Prom	April 24, 2027	Led by Hero/Mikell.
FLVS/eSchool Coursework Deadline	April 30, 2027	All coursework and DBAs must be submitted.
Clap Outs MachForm Deadline	April 30, 2027	Submit the MachForm for participation in senior clap-outs.
Top 10 Breakfast	TBD	Led by McDermott. Stay tuned for additional information.
Senior Exams	May 7, 2027	District finals count for 10% of the Semester 2 grade.
Senior Checkout Forms Distributed	May 10, 2027	All school property must be cleared by May 14.
Senior Sunset	May 14, 2027	7:00 PM on the football field.
Senior Checkout Day	May 14, 2027	At the PAC through Economics/Government classes. Students without Economics/Government should park in the gym lot and enter through the PAC.
Senior Night of Excellence	May 18, 2027	6:00 PM at the PAC. Cords and academic awards will be presented.
Senior Semester 2 Grades Posted	May 25, 2027	Final Semester 2 grades posted.
CATSBYS	May 26, 2027	Additional details to follow.
Senior Breakfast / Day 1 of Graduation Practice	May 27, 2027	Breakfast in the WCHS Café. Graduation practice in the WCHS Gym from 9:00–11:00 AM.
Day 2 of Graduation Practice / Senior Field Day	May 28, 2027	Graduation practice, cap and gown pickup from 8:00–10:00 AM, followed by Senior Field Day. All school property and outstanding debts must be cleared to receive your cap and gown.
Final Graduation Statuses	May 28, 2027	Seniors will receive notification of their graduation status.
Graduation	June 2, 2027	Congratulations, Class of 2027!
