Schedule Change Request Form

 Students can only request a schedule change for one of the four reasons below:

1) The student has a course on their schedule for which they have already earned credit.

2) The Student has a “hole” in their schedule. (i.e. there is no class for 3rd period.)

3) The student is a senior who needs a class for graduation

4) The student would like a placeholder for an online class that is in Active or CA status with percentage complete and was started on or after July 1st.
